1.) What floor is the event on & is there a Elevator?
2.) Is there a Fee to play at the Venue?
3.) What time can they set-up and when does the DJ have to be out of the room by?
Also have available the Name of the room, the contact information for the venue including any staff who is helping you plan your event.
